San Sebastian is where we decided to set up our office, between the land and sea, in one of Spain´s prettiest cities, the mecca of gastronomy and close to the origins of the great wine of northern Spain (Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Navarra, Aragon) and those of Southwest France (Bordeaux).

We craft wines for the mayor supermarket chains, mail-order firms, duty free stores and airlines in Europe and North America and for the state liquor monopolies.

The starting point of our approach are the markets needs and tendencies.

Prospector

Making regular visits to all the Spanish vineyard regions, Philipp Ott, a trained enologist, is constantly on the lookout for new products and partners able to guarantee quality and quantity on a long term basis and capable of meeting the strictest quality control requirements.

Craftsmen

Thanks to our thorough mastery of the viti-vinicultuary process, we participate actively with our winery partners at every stage of the wine´s transformation: blending, aging, ensuring the necessary certification, and maintaining production standards.

Marketing

Continuing market analyses and regular meetings with our customers enable us to pinpoint tomorrow´s needs and tendencies. Starting from here, we create the wines and the brands that are best adapted to provide value for money and right market image.

We have the technical expertise necessary for discovering and making the wine, for adapting it and supervising it´s production.

Market experience

We understand the main European and international markets, together with their requirements in terms of volume and value for money.

LiliWine is a multicultural enterprise made up of people of very different backgrounds. It´s founder, of Austrian nationality, spent his childhood and early youth in Germany before continuing his studies in France and then settling in Spain... The common denominator of the team: wine, whatever it´s vineyard origin !

Philipp OTT

Philipp has turned his passion for wine into his business. He studied enology at Geisenheim in Germany before gaining his diploma at Bordeaux´s enology faculty. This was followed by a master´s in sales and marketing of wines and spirits at Dijon´s Ecole Superieure de Commerce. He has held various export and marketing posts (amongst others F. Lurton and Domecq Bodegas)

Haizea
ARRAZOLA-CAMINOS

A Basque from Spain, trained as an architect, she came to the world of wine through her interest in the latest architectural advances at Spanish Wineries. She is constantly learning more about grape-growing and winemaking. Her interests cover the technical aspects of wine as well as tasting and marketing.

Nadine DANET

French, a graduate for communication of CELSA in Paris-Sorbonne, she has managed the public relations, press-relations and public events of various large industrial and public bodies. She first discovered the world of wine in Bordeaux and then in Spain where she has been living for more then 10 years.
